Need to see what wine club members are visiting the winery or what wine club members have purchased a particular wine at the POS? No problem. We can supply you with bar-coded wine club membership cards (complete with your winery logo). The cashier simply scans the members card at the POS and the wine club member tracking and wine club discounts are included. Does your winery offer customer charge accounts, or do you need accounts receivable for distribution? No problem Infinity offers full accounts receivable with payments taken at both the POS and in the back office. Does your winery ship wine to out of state customers? No problem. Simply mark the customer as tax-exempt and all sales at the POS for that customer are non-taxable. Need to override tax at the POS, since the customer is visiting the winery and taking the product with them? No problem, it's a piece of cake to change the tax right at the register. Does your winery use the same UPC code for multiple vintages, yet you want to track them separately for inventory? No problem, you can custom design the touch buttons for your winery's POS terminals and use them to differentiate between the vintages. Does your winery have multiple locations? (i.e. Tasting room at the winery and an off-site tasting room or multiple wineries) No problem. The same technology that allows Infinity's POS terminals to run stand alone and update the server allows multiple wineries or tasting room servers to update an office server via a WAN. Updates take place every 15 seconds, so your winery staff has access to tasting room POS data in virtual real time.
